Return & Refund Policy
All goods sold are final and strictly not refundable or exchangeable. FlowerGirl only consider return parcel if case is deemed as an error from our part. For example, wrong item delivered where the article delivered is not the same item as per order. In such a case, prior the returning, kindly please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org by stating the order number and send us a product photo. We shall send the goods returning details via email confirmation. Only with confirmation of return email, we shall bear the postage and return with the correct item. If the item is sold out, we shall give purchase credit back into your account. However, the return item must be kept intact with tags and in good condition upon received by us. Also, we do not bear the responsibility for any exchange such as wrong sizes or colours purchased. Exchange are not allowed or at any physical counters. Please double check the order upon confirming.
